At Hacton Dental Care, we are committed to providing the best possible service for all our patients. To do this, we need your cooperation. Appointment times are valuable, and late cancellations or missed appointments mean we cannot offer that time to someone else who may need it.
We offer early and late appointments each week and provide courtesy reminders by text (48 hours before) or by phone (24 hours before).
If you are unable to attend or would like to reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice (excluding weekends) so we can offer the appointment to another patient.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as a missed appointment and may be charged. Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in restrictions on booking future appointments.
To secure your appointment, we may request a deposit depending on the length or type of treatment.
Hygiene appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking. If a required deposit is not paid, the appointment will be released to another patient. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.
If you miss an appointment without notice, you will receive a reminder by phone, letter or email about our cancellation policy.
Deposits are refundable if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice and do not reschedule.
Please call us on 01708 447 603 as soon as you know you can't attend, so we can offer your slot to another patient and arrange a suitable time for you to come in instead.
Closed daily 1.00pm – 2.00pm for lunch.
