We assess your bite, photograph your smile, take a 3D intraoral scan and discuss whether Invisalign is the right route. Around 45 minutes.
Discreet, removable clear aligners that straighten your teeth without anyone noticing. Custom-made from a 3D scan, fitted by an Invisalign-trained dentist, from £3,500 (Lite) or £4,200 (Full).
Invisalign is a series of clear, custom-made aligners that fit over your teeth and move them gradually into a straighter position. You change to a new aligner every one to two weeks, and the small, planned movements add up to a fully straightened smile over a few months.
Unlike fixed braces, the aligners are removable. You take them out to eat, drink and brush, then pop them back in. Most people wouldn't know you were wearing them unless you told them.

Your case is planned digitally and you receive a written estimate, projected timeline and a digital simulation of the projected end result.
Your custom aligners are manufactured and shipped from the Invisalign lab, typically 2 to 3 weeks.
We fit your first set of aligners, demonstrate how to insert and remove them, and send you home with all your trays.
You wear each aligner around 22 hours a day for 1 to 2 weeks, then progress to the next.
Short check-ups every 6 to 8 weeks to confirm progression and supply the next batch of aligners.
Fixed (bonded behind the front teeth) or removable retainers fitted to lock the new position permanently.
Choose the concern that looks most like your smile. Each tab shows a short timelapse of how the teeth move during Invisalign treatment, plus a clear explanation of what the condition is and why aligners are an effective fix.
A crossbite is when one or more of your upper teeth sit on the inside of your lower teeth instead of the outside, either at the front or the sides. Left untreated it can cause uneven wear, recession on the affected teeth, and (in some cases) jaw growth issues.
Aligners apply gentle, sustained pressure that gradually widens the upper arch (or repositions specific teeth) so the upper teeth sit correctly outside the lower teeth at every point. Attachments may be bonded to specific teeth to give the aligners more grip for the lateral movement needed. Most crossbite cases finish in 9 to 18 months depending on how many teeth are involved.

It is the single most common reason patients come to us for Invisalign, and it makes daily cleaning harder, which often leads to gum problems and decay over time.
Aligners create space by gently moving teeth apart, then rotating each tooth into a straight position one fraction of a millimetre at a time. For more crowded cases the dentist may also do a small amount of interproximal reduction (gently smoothing the contact points between teeth) to make extra room. Most crowding cases finish in 6 to 18 months depending on severity, and Lite is often the right plan for mild front-tooth crowding.

Aligners gradually move the surrounding teeth toward each other to close the gap evenly, with attachments used on specific teeth where extra grip is needed. Once the gap is closed, retainers (included in your treatment) hold the new position permanently. Most spacing cases finish in 6 to 12 months, and Invisalign Lite is often a good fit for closing small front-tooth gaps.

These mild cases are some of the quickest Invisalign treatments we plan.
A short series of aligners (often 7 to 14 in total) makes the precise small movements needed without affecting the rest of the teeth. The treatment is faster, more affordable and almost invisible during wear. Most 'Lite' cases like this finish in 4 to 6 months and are often combined with whitening at the end for a polished result.

It can affect speech, make biting into food difficult and is often caused by a long history of thumb-sucking, dummy use or tongue thrusting.
Aligners gently extrude the front teeth (bring them down or up into contact) while controlling the back teeth so the bite closes evenly. For more pronounced open bites, attachments and elastics may be used to add directional force. Open bite is one of the more complex cases Invisalign treats, with most plans running 12 to 24 months.
Book a free Invisalign consultationAn overbite is when your upper front teeth significantly overlap your lower front teeth when you bite down. A small amount of overlap is normal and healthy (around 5 to 25 percent), but a deep overbite can cause uneven tooth wear, jaw discomfort and damage to the gum behind the lower front teeth over time.
Aligners use precise vertical and horizontal forces to gradually reposition both the upper and lower front teeth, often with the help of small attachments and elastics for more significant overbites. The aim is the healthy 5 to 25 percent overlap rather than complete elimination of overlap. Most overbite cases finish in 12 to 18 months.
Book a free Invisalign consultationAn underbite is when your lower front teeth sit in front of your upper front teeth when you bite down, the opposite of a normal bite. It can affect chewing, speech and self-confidence, and over time it puts uneven force on both the teeth and the jaw joint.
Aligners gradually move the upper teeth forward and the lower teeth back into the correct overlapping position, with attachments and elastics used for more significant cases. Mild to moderate underbites respond well to Invisalign alone, while more severe skeletal underbites occasionally need surgical input alongside aligner work. Most underbite cases finish in 12 to 24 months and the consultation will tell you whether yours is suitable for Invisalign alone.

Mild front-tooth cases use Invisalign Lite (up to 14 aligners, around 6 months) at the lower price point. More comprehensive cases that treat the full bite use Invisalign Full at the higher price point.
You see the same Invisalign-trained dentist at every check-up, so the case is supervised continuously rather than being passed between unfamiliar clinicians.
The first appointment is genuinely free and includes a digital scan and an honest assessment of whether Invisalign is the right route for you. No pressure to commit on the day.
Every Invisalign plan we provide includes the retainers that hold the new position permanently. Without retainers, teeth gradually drift back to where they started.
Invisalign isn't always the right answer. For complex bite work or large rotations, fixed braces are sometimes more predictable, and we'll tell you that straight rather than push Invisalign for the sake of it.

Most Invisalign cases finish in 6 to 18 months, with simpler Lite cases often completing in around 6 months and complex Full cases occasionally running to 24 months.
Invisalign feels sore for two or three days after each new aligner as the teeth start to move, then settles, and the discomfort is significantly milder than fixed braces.
Invisalign is more comfortable, more discreet and removable, while fixed braces remain more predictable for severe cases, we'll recommend the right one for your specific case.
You remove the aligners for eating and hot drinks (heat can warp the plastic), but cold water is fine to drink with the aligners in place.
You need to wear your aligners around 22 hours a day, only removing them to eat, drink hot drinks and brush your teeth.
