Professional take-home whitening uses thin, custom trays moulded from a 3D scan and a clinical-grade gel that lifts stains out of the enamel while you wear them at home. You wear the trays for two to four hours a day, or overnight, for one to two weeks until you reach the shade you wanted, with a dentist supervising from start to finish.
